Central Missouri teammates Kayla Goodwin, representing New Zealand, and Claire Luallen, a fifth-year athlete who transferred from Missouri Southern State, placed seventh and eighth, respectively, in the women's heptathlon at the NCAA Division 2 Championships at Neta and Eddie DeRose Thunderbowl Stadium in Pueblo, Colo. Goodwin accumulated 5,247 points and Luallen amassed 5,141 points to be the only teammates to earn All-America heptathlon honors.
